Attack on my religion

When did you decide that ratings take priority over truth? When did you decide that spreading controversy, religious bigotry and outright lies to inflame viewers was part of your job? Are you a catchpenny tabloid or a balanced and authentic news source? I would expect better of ABC.

Concern about “reality” TV show

This negative show, which we both know is of a mocked-up “reality” full of less-than-upstanding ex-Scientologists, hits straight into the core of what people of good faith are working to achieve on a daily basis.

Dear ABC: I knew right from wrong.

If you slander this upbringing at all, it is an act of bullying, bigotry and straight-up slander, based on lies and hate.

Inexcusable to forward hatred and bigotry

The Leah Remini attacks on the Church of Scientology, my religion, are her own personal affair, for which she must take her own responsibility, and it is inexcusable for your organization to forward such hatred and bigotry.

Outraged by planned 20/20 show

My name is Jeff Pomerantz. I am an actor and for many years I was a “regular” on an ABC show (One Life To Live). I am a Scientologist, a father, and a grandfather.

Outraged you are attacking my religion

That you would attack these people, me, my group, my religion is beyond me and I will not stand for it.

Planned program is pure bigotry

This program will do nothing but spread bigotry and hate amongst families and put information that is knowingly false into people’s minds.

Proposed show on Scientology

I am writing to you as the proud parent of three grown children. All of my children were raised in and with Scientology. All three of them on their own became Scientologists as teenagers.

Upcoming 20/20 show about children in Scientology

If this was a story about Jews, Muslims, African-Americans, Mormons, Catholics, LGBT, etc., would you treat it the same way?

Your spiteful fabrications

I am incensed that you would lend your name to the forwarding of such hateful lies.
