Volkswagen Paying For a Bigoted Show That Attacks my Religion

Do you think it is smart, funny, or otherwise appropriate to sponsor a show that is fomenting hatred and animosity toward a religion? Is this your idea of an intelligent use of your shareholder’s money?

To Whom It May Concern,

How dare you support a bigoted show that attacks my religion?

Do you understand that there are Scientologists all over the world who are being affected by the slanderous slime that is being promoted on the Leah Remini reality show and that you, by your sponsorship, are supporting this?

Do you think that this affects so few that the public will ignore what you are supporting? Then you have another think coming.

Scientologists number in the millions and we are a significant consumer base to be reckoned with.

I will never buy your product or service again and I will widely promote to friends and family the bigotry that you support in the name of entertainment unless you remove your support for this show.

It is bad enough for the media to be spreading racial and political divisiveness which is tearing our country apart, but it is far worse when you support religious bigotry that promotes violence towards members of this bonafide religion.
