MEDIA WATCH
I read your report on Brandon Scott Wolf yesterday in which you make a gratuitous—and false—assertion that the Church of Scientology has in some way avoided paying taxes.
MEDIA WATCH
Margaret Singer based her work on what she claimed to be the results of studies into the treatment of prisoners of war during the Korean War. Anthony showed that the entire Korean brainwashing scare lacked scientific substance; it was a propaganda campaign concocted to perpetuate the anti-Communist hysteria of the McCarthy era.
MEDIA WATCH
Your article “What Does Scientology Believe in?” is the latest in a long series of bigoted, reprehensible and false pieces on my religion.
MEDIA WATCH
While I think I understood your point—for Gawd’s sake, if you are going to protest perceived discriminations, at least do so to ones that truly mean something—and agree with you; your use of the Scientology religion for your “metaphor” is truly horrible and could easily be misread or misconstrued by the casual reader.
MEDIA WATCH
Your article of last week gives your readership a completely tainted and false impression of the Purification Rundown, which, in Scientology, is an entirely spiritual address to toxins lodged in cells of the body.
MEDIA WATCH
Your article of March 27 contains numerous offensive and reprehensible—not to mention false—references to Scientology—my religion and that of millions of other people around the world.
MEDIA WATCH
Your article illustrates very well the lengths people will go to to generate clicks by hitching their wagon to famous names in the news, regardless of how tenuous the comparison.
MEDIA WATCH
Your (whoever you are) characterization of the Founder of the Scientology religion is offensive in the extreme, and you should be utterly ashamed, if indeed it is possible for you to feel shame.
MEDIA WATCH
Your article in The American Spectator, “Who needs Trump Bashing every day at High Noon?” begins with a gratuitous—and false—statement about the Scientology religion.
MEDIA WATCH
Your reference insults not only members of the Scientology religion but also anyone who cares about respect for the religion or beliefs of others. Your article shows an utter lack of respect for anyone who believes in something you don’t.
