Dear Ms. Tyler:

Referring to your un-bylined puff piece fawning over Leah Remini, you should be aware that millions of Scientologists around the world know that not one word in your piece has any remotest brush with truth, not even inadvertently.

While I appreciate that you have to name Scientology in your article to attract readers, it is still a revolting travesty against millions of people to have their religious practices dragged through the mud by an embittered former member expelled for her refusal to maintain the ethical and moral requirements of members. And then you vaunt her as if she has any stature. It is ridiculous.

The most revealing statement about her is her own, when she told Dan Harris of ABC, “I mean I’m just a crappy, has-been actress who’s trying to make a dollar off my church… .”

We have no argument with her self-assessment. You shouldn’t either.
