I would have expected it to be a trash gossip magazine, not the Christian Post. And to try to “hide” behind the trickery of reporting only what other media wrote doesn’t absolve you from your bigotry.
I am constantly surprised that the media is only used these days not to report news but to spread false information about things such as my religion. Largely propaganda meant to sway opinion.
One would think the trade publication of that industry would take a professional point of view, not a salacious one better suited for tabloid magazines.
You should understand that the world needs to be made a brighter place and that is achieved by communication of truth. And that is what Scientology is.
Most of Scheck’s barbs have little to do with the content of the shows which would tend to make one think he had no interest in the actual news of the Church’s new TV station.
I tried in vain to find any intelligence, humor or grace in Scheck’s article. Indeed, it’s really clear that Scheck began watching the programming with a specific agenda in mind—he knew he had to pan the show.
Scheck’s hostile and derogatory “reporting” of what was broadcast during the launch is so far off the mark, it bears no resemblance to what was actually shown.
You should know there is nothing you can do to impede our progress, because now, with our TV network, we tell our own story without perversion of the truth.
